Belpork vzw is an interprofessional organization with national effect that was founded in 2000. The aim of the organization is to promote the quality of Belgian pork in a sustainable way through the management of quality systems and integrated chain management. The focus is on creating added value by striving for a high-quality and for the consumer tasteful product that is competitively competitive on the regional, national and international market. At national level, Belpork supports the promotion of Belgian pork by creating added value through, among other things, the quality standards BePork and Meesterlyck. At an international level, Belpork contributes to opening export markets through agreements.
